The 2017 BTC neighborhood garage sales will be scheduled for June 1st-3rd.
Lincoln Journal Star Advertisement will be paid for and placed by the Big Thompson Creek Homeowners Association. Also, an advertisement will be on Craig’s List.
Thompson Creek HOA will be having their garage sales at the same time so we hope this will eliminate confusion & create more traffic in our area.

Our next annual Neighborhood Association Meeting will be held Thursday, March 19th from 7 to 8 p.m. in the youth room of Trinity United Methodist Church (7130 Kentwell Lane). An engineer from Olsson & Associates will be at our HOA meeting to speak about the new LPS Elementary School building being built in our neighborhood. We are also looking for more volunteers to help with the board.
The Neighborhood Association Meeting will be held Thursday, February 20 at 7:00 p.m. in the Youth Room of Trinity United Methodist Church (7130 Kentwell Lane). If you have issues/items you would like added to the meeting agenda, please email the board.
